Tamron 200-500 Lens for Canon EOS for Sale SOLD Tamron SP AF 200-500 mm F/5-6.3 DI LD lens for sale, $725 plus $10 shipping. contact astherev@aol.com if interested. I purchased this great Tamron lens in March of 2005 from B&H and used it regularly until I purchased a Canon 5.6 L 400, and then last February, a 500 2.8 L IS. Since then the lens has mostly sat in its case. As a professional nature photographer I am now upgrading to Canon L series lenses, mostly with IS. For the price it would be hard to find another lens of this quality, and it still has over four years left on the warranty! In sharpness it can't compete with a prime lens but stands up very favorably with the other long telephoto zoom lenses and weighs less. An 86 mm UV filter ($80) is included in the price. The lens is in excellent condition, almost LNIB. The only scratches are some slight marks on the tripod collar.
