This Lesser
Yellowlegs, Tringa flavipes, is at the John Heinz National Wildlife Refuge in Philadelphia PA
(Tinicum
Marsh) where a large number of Lesser Yellowlegs took advantage of the
lowered water level in late summer. The Lesser Yellowlegs
is common across all of the United States and much of Canada.
