I discovered this swirling blur when looking at images I had taken in the Columbia River Gorge. I could never repeat it because I'm not sure exactly how it happened. I do know it is taken along the Upper Wahkeena Creek at the same spot where the Wahkeena Creek Rapids image was taken.
